Your next step is to submit a "Cutsheet".  This document lays out exactly how you want this animal cut and processed.  If you know how you want this animal processed now, let's do it now.  If you need more time or guidance on how to process your order, we can do this step later, but it MUST be done before the animal arrives at Legacy Meat Co for processing. We'll remind you to complete your cutsheet as the processing date draws near. If you fail to complete a cutsheet prior to the animal arriving at our facility, we will cut at our discretion
